Kính gửi Viện Nghiên cứu Cơ khí Năng lượng và mỏ - Vinacomin:

Từ khi bắt đầu lắp đặt Nhà máy nhiệt điện Vĩnh Tân BOT1 vào ngày 29/2/2016, tất cả các đơn vị làm việc đều đoàn kết và hợp tác chặt chẽ với nhau để đáp ứng các yếu tố bất lợi khác như thời tiết nóng ở vùng nhiệt đới và gấp rút ổn định lắp đặt. Và đơn vị số 1 của dự án đã vượt qua hoạt động thử nghiệm độ tin cậy 168 lúc 11:16 ngày 28/5/2018. Bộ phận dự án Vĩnh Tân của Quảng Đông Power Engineering Corporation xin chân thành cảm ơn sự hợp tác toàn diện của bạn trong việc xây dựng dự án và sự cống hiến của tất cả những người tham gia xây dựng.

Trong hơn 2 năm, dưới sự nỗ lực không ngừng của tất cả các đơn vị hợp tác, ban quản lý dự án đã vượt qua vô số khó khăn, tập trung vào xây dựng công trình, tăng cường khái niệm về an toàn và xây dựng trên công trường hoàn thành nút số 1 và đạt được kiểm tra áp suất nước, nồi hơi, ống hơi, tua bin, kết hợp với mạng lưới và kiểm tra độ tin cậy và thiết lập nền tảng vững chắc cho hoạt động an toàn, kinh tế và ổn định của các đơn vị cho một thời gian dài. Chúng tôi không bao giờ quên khát vọng và sứ mệnh ban đầu của mình và tiếp tục làm việc chăm chỉ. Chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục tập trung vào công việc tiếp theo như mọi khi và giúp kiểm tra tài sản của đơn vị số 1 và thực hiện các công trình về đơn vị số 2 tốt, điều này sẽ góp phần vào hoạt động của các đơn vị. Chúng tôi sẽ không ngừng phấn đấu cho dự án, mô hình và hình ảnh tuyệt vời do doanh nghiệp Trung Quốc đã xây dựng ở Trung Quốc.

Letter of Thanks

To Energy and Mining Mechanic Engineering Research Institute:

Since the starting of the installation of Vietnam Vinh Tan BOT1 Coal-fired Power Plant on February 29th, 2016, all working units sincerely united and closely cooperated with each other to meet various adverse factors including the hot weather in the tropical area and steadily advance the installation. And the #1 unit of the project passed the trial 168 reliability operation at 11:16 on May 28th, 2018.Vietnam Vinh Tan project department of Guangdong Power Engineering Corporation hereby expresses you sincere gratitude for your wholehearted cooperation over the construction of the project and the dedication of all construction participants.

For more than 2 years, under the unremitting efforts of all cooperating units, the project management have overcome myriad difficulties, focused on the project construction, strengthened the notion of safety and construction on the site, safely and high-efficiently completed the nodes of #1 unit and achieved the “#1 unit auxiliary power receiving, water pressure test, boiler ignition, blowing pipe with steam, turbine rotation, unit combination to the grid and reliability test”and set a solid foundation for the safe, economical and steady operation of the unit for a long term. Never forget our original aspiration and mission and continue to work hard. We shall continue to focus on the subsequent work as always and help the property test of #1 unit and do the works about the #2 unit well, which will contribute to the operation of the units. We shall untiringly strive for the excellent project, model project and image project built by Chinese enterprise in China.
